📜 Genie ISP – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2024
Welcome to Genie ISP! 🧞♂️ By using our internet services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). This is a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Genie ISP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read carefully before using our service.
1️⃣ Service Overview
Genie ISP is a residential-only prepaid internet provider 🏠💨 delivering high-speed service through broadband and mobile networks. All plans are prepaid, no contract, and designed for home use only.
👉 You must pay in advance to keep your service active. These terms apply to all services, routers, hotspots, and related equipment from Genie ISP.
2️⃣ Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
🔐 Keep your login info secure
📝 Provide accurate and honest information
⚖️ Follow all local, state, and federal laws
🚫 Avoid activities like spamming, hacking, fraud, or IP infringement
🎂 You also confirm that you’re 18 years or older and legally authorized to use this service.
3️⃣ Acceptable Use Policy
❌ Don’t resell or share your plan without written approval
❌ Don’t abuse bandwidth or bypass network tools
❌ Don’t engage in behavior that hurts other customers or the network
📵 Misuse may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your service.
4️⃣ Service Availability & Performance
While we work hard to give you smooth, reliable internet 💪, we can’t promise perfection.
📉 Speeds and uptime may vary depending on:

📶 Network congestion
📱 Your device/setup

5️⃣ Billing & Payments
📆 Service is billed on a 30-day prepaid cycle
💳 We accept debit/credit, cash, and other methods listed on our site
❌ If you don’t pay on time, your service may expire or be suspended
💸 Payments are non-refundable
🧾 For full payment & refund terms, see our 💵 Refund Policy.
📌 Submitting a chargeback may delay or cancel refund eligibility.
6️⃣ Data Usage & Bandwidth Management
📦 Some plans include data caps.
📉 If you go over:
• You may be slowed down (soft cap)
• Your plan may pause until renewal (hard cap)
📊 We may manage bandwidth during peak hours to keep service fair.

7️⃣ Canceling Your Service
✉️ Written Cancellation Requirement (Billing Email Required)
All cancellation requests for Genie ISP internet service, subscriptions, recurring billing, or service-related accounts must be submitted in writing to Genie ISP’s billing department.
📧 Email is the only accepted cancellation method:
billing@genieisp.com
Cancellation requests made by phone calls, voicemails, text messages, live chat, social media, or in-person conversations are not valid and will not be processed.
📅 Cancellations take effect only after written confirmation is issued by Genie ISP.
💳 Prepaid Service & No Refunds
All Genie ISP service is prepaid.
💸 Once a payment has been applied to an account, the service period is considered active and cannot be refunded, even if service is later canceled.
📌 Customers are responsible for all charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation date. If a next invoice generates after cancellation confirmation, the customer does not need to pay it.
🔄 AutoPay Customers
Customers enrolled in AutoPay must email billing@genieisp.com to cancel future billing. Disabling AutoPay through a bank or card issuer without submitting a written cancellation request does not constitute valid cancellation.
⏳ AutoPay Processing & Cancellation Timing
AutoPay charges may be processed and applied prior to the invoice due date.
To prevent charges for an upcoming service period, written cancellation requests must be received before AutoPay is processed and applied to the account.
Once an AutoPay payment has been processed and applied, the service period is considered paid, earned, and non-refundable, regardless of the invoice due date.
Cancellation requests submitted after payment application will apply to future billing cycles only.
For the purposes of this policy, a payment is considered "applied" once it has been successfully processed and credited to the customer’s Genie ISP account.
🛑 Provider-Initiated Cancellation
🛑 We may cancel your service for:
🚫 Non-payment
🚫 Policy violations
🚫 Fraud or abuse
📦 If you’re leasing equipment, you must return it — or pay replacement fees.
⚠️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel payment obligations.
If a chargeback is filed for services that were billed, activated, or used:
• Genie ISP may pursue recovery of the outstanding balance
• Additional chargeback-related fees may apply
• Unpaid balances may be sent to collections in accordance with applicable law

8️⃣ Privacy Policy
🔐 We respect your privacy. How we collect and use your info is explained in our 📄 Privacy Policy.
By using Genie ISP, you agree to those practices.
9️⃣ Security & Fair Usage
👤 You’re responsible for all account activity.
📛 Excessive or disruptive use may result in speed reduction or account review.
🛡️ We enforce fair usage to keep the network stable for all customers.
🔟 Limitation of Liability
We do everything we can to provide awesome service — but some things are out of our hands.
Genie ISP is not liable for:
⏸️ Temporary outages or slow speeds
💾 Lost files or data
💼 Missed work or income due to downtime
⚠️ Problems caused by third-party apps, devices, or systems
We’re here to help — but we can’t cover indirect losses.
1️⃣1️⃣ Indemnification
You agree to protect Genie ISP if someone makes a claim based on how you used our services.
💼 That includes covering any legal fees, damages, or other costs caused by violations of our Terms.
1️⃣2️⃣ Changes to These Terms
🗓️ We may update these Terms from time to time.
📢 If there are big changes, we’ll post them on our site or notify you.
✔️ If you keep using our service after that, you agree to the new terms.
1️⃣3️⃣ Governing Law
📍 These terms follow Florida law, and any legal matters will be resolved in Tallahassee, FL.
💬 We encourage you to reach out to support before things ever go that far.
1️⃣4️⃣ Force Majeure
We’re not responsible for things out of our control, including:
⛈️ Natural disasters
🔌 Power outages
🛠️ Equipment failure
📡 Internet backbone issues
1️⃣5️⃣ Equipment Policy
🧰 Customer-Owned Equipment
You can use your own compatible router or hotspot.
• A small setup fee may apply (non-refundable)
• We don’t offer ongoing support for third-party gear
📦 Genie ISP Equipment
• Leased items must be returned or you’ll pay a replacement fee
• Purchased items are yours to own and maintain
• 🔒 Some leased devices may include anti-tamper tools or software locks

🧰 Limited support for BYOD (setup help only)
1️⃣7️⃣ Amendments
We may update this agreement and any related policies.
📩 You’ll be notified of major changes.
📜 Continued use = agreement to those updated terms.
1️⃣8️⃣ Binding Arbitration
If a serious disagreement arises, you and Genie ISP agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Tallahassee, FL.
⚖️ This means:
• No lawsuits
• No jury trials
• No class actions
• Just a fair, fast resolution process
1️⃣9️⃣ No Resale or Transfer of Service
Our service is for your home only.
❌ You may not:
• Resell service
• Transfer your SIM, router, or login
• Tamper with account or network access
Doing so can result in immediate suspension or legal action.
2️⃣0️⃣ Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Some of our devices may give you access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. — but we’re not responsible for:
📺 Their content
⏱️ Their availability
⚙️ Their performance on your device
Use of third-party apps is at your own discretion.
2️⃣1️⃣ Minimum Age Requirement
🎂 You must be 18 or older to:
• Sign up for Genie ISP or StreamSphere
• Purchase or lease equipment
• Use our services independently
2️⃣2️⃣ StreamSphere Terms
StreamSphere is an entertainment service provided by Genie ISP that delivers access to live TV channels, on-demand movies, and premium content through compatible streaming devices.
By purchasing or activating a StreamSphere device or subscription, you agree to the following:
• 📦 All StreamSphere plans are final sale and non-refundable once activated
• 📺 Genie ISP is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of StreamSphere channels or third-party streaming platforms
• ⚠️ Channel availability is not guaranteed 24/7 — some content may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or service interruptions beyond our control
• 🛠️ Outages, lags, or missing channels do not qualify for refunds or service credits
• 🔐 Devices may include activation locks, usage limitations, or anti-tamper tools to prevent unauthorized use or reselling
• 🚫 Reprogramming, cloning, or unauthorized resale of StreamSphere devices or services is strictly prohibited
• 🎁 Any free trials, media bonuses, or bundled promotions must be used within the stated time period and cannot be exchanged, extended, or refunded
• ⚙️ Performance depends on your internet connection, device compatibility, and the status of third-party app providers
📌 StreamSphere is intended for residential use only. Commercial use, rebroadcasting, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
