This Store Policy covers everything from returns and refunds to warranties and service expectations. Letβs make it smooth and stress-free.
π 1. Return Eligibility
π¦ Returns are accepted within 30 days of activation or delivery
π¦ Items must be in like new condition, or in the same condition they were originally provided
π¦ Must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
π¦ An approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before shipping any return
πΈ Photo evidence may be required for defective or damaged product claims.
β οΈ Returns missing parts, packaging, or with visible damage may incur additional restocking fees β or be denied altogether
π« 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
β’ β Prepaid service or refills
β’ β Activated SIM cards or eSIM activations
β’ β Used or opened accessories (chargers, SIM tools, cables)
β’ β One-time setup, activation, or programming fees

πΈ 3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to:
β’ Buyer's remorse returns
β’ Open-box or partially returned items
β’ Returns with missing packaging or signs of wear
π¦ Restocking fee may be waived for verified defective product returns (see Section 7)
π¦ Returns that are incomplete or tampered with may be denied
π 4. Free Plan Promotions
If your device came with a free service plan:
β’ You must keep both the device and service to keep the promo
β’ If returned, the plan value will be deducted from your refund
π Example:
β Device Price: $399.99
β Free Plan Value: $120
β Refundable Subtotal: $279.99
β 25% Restocking: $69.99
β Final Refund: $210.00

π¦ In most cases, weβll email you a prepaid return label β if not, youβll be responsible for shipping (unless the item is defective)
π¦ Trackable shipping required β Genie ISP is not liable for lost/damaged returns
π¦ All original deliveries require signature confirmation (see π¦ Shipping Policy)
π³ 6. Refund Timeline
β±οΈ Refunds are issued:
β’ Within 7β14 business days after return is received and approved
β’ Within 3β5 business days if restocking fee is paid upfront
π³ Refunds go to the original payment method
π§ Youβll receive a confirmation email when itβs processed
π‘ Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless due to a Genie ISP error.

π¦ Defective modems will be replaced, not repaired
π§° We do not offer repair services for any networking hardware
π¨ Defect claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery
πΈ Photo proof may be required before a replacement is issued
π‘οΈ 8. Genie ISP Warranty
All Genie ISP modems include a 1-year limited warranty covering:
βοΈ Internal hardware failures
βοΈ Manufacturer defects under normal use
Not covered:
β Accidental or cosmetic damage
β Tampering, cracked housings, liquid exposure
β Power surges, weather damage, or acts of God
β Unauthorized modifications
π Optional monthly insurance is available below β¬οΈ
πΌ 9. Optional Device Protection
Protect your modem with monthly insurance starting at $15/month π‘
β’ Covers accidental damage (cracks, spills, surges)
β’ Extends coverage beyond the 1-year manufacturer warranty
β’ Faster replacement turnaround
π Contact support to enroll before any issue occurs.
π΅ 10. Service Cancellation & Leased Equipment
To cancel:
β’ π§ Contact our team directly
β’ π¦ Return any leased devices in good, working condition
β’ π° Failure to return = full replacement fee (based on current market value)
π¨ Genie ISP modems may include security/fraud locks. Tampering or bypassing them voids refunds and may permanently block the device.

We reserve the right to refuse service or returns if:
β’ A customer frequently returns used, altered, or damaged items
β’ Any fraudulent leasing, resale, or refund behavior is detected
β’ A pattern of refund or exchange abuse is flagged
π° 12. Price Adjustments
If your item drops in price within 30 days, you may request:
β’ A one-time store credit
β’ A discount on your next bill or order
