📦 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for all Genie ISP orders:

Standard Shipping

• Flat Rate: $19.95
• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
• 📦 Signature confirmation required

Express Shipping

• Flat Rate: $99.95
• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• 📦 Signature confirmation required
• Includes insurance

Free Shipping

• Automatically applied to orders with a subtotal over $499.99
• 📦 Signature confirmation required


🏪 In-Store Pickup

✔️ Wait for a confirmation email or call before arriving.


⏳ Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship same day
• Orders after 2:00 PM, weekends, or holidays ship next business day
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days


📫 Tracking Info

• Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
• 📬 Carrier tracking links may take up to 24 hours to begin updating

✍️ Signature Confirmation – Required for All Orders

All Genie ISP shipments require signature confirmation at delivery. 📦✍️

🚪 Someone must be available to sign when the package arrives.
📬 If no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice or reattempt delivery.

✅ Once signed for and marked “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

🚨 Damaged or missing item?
Notify us within 2 days of delivery.

📦 Marked delivered but not received?
• File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Genie ISP is not liable once delivery is confirmed and signed for.


🔁 Return Shipping

• Approved returns get a prepaid return label
• Label cost is deducted from your refund/store credit
• You are responsible for any return sent using your own method

🌍 International Shipping

🌐 We do not ship internationally.
• Orders with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled and refunded


🏷️ Address Changes

Once an order is placed, address changes are not guaranteed.

• Double-check your address before placing your order
• Contact us ASAP for urgent changes — rerouting is not possible once shipped


✅ Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered fulfilled once it’s signed for and marked “delivered” by the carrier.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Genie ISP due to an invalid or incomplete address:

• Will require a re-shipping fee
• If canceled, original shipping charges will not be refunded

🚫 Shipping Fee Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless Genie ISP is at fault.

🚩 Fraud & Return Abuse Protection

Orders flagged for suspected fraud, return abuse, or lease misuse may be:

• Delayed
• Canceled
• Require additional identity verification

We reserve the right to protect our customers and inventory from abuse.


📆 Business Days

Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
All delivery estimates are based on business days only.


🚚 Carrier Selection

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional couriers based on:

• Your location
• Order type
• Delivery speed

Carrier may vary per order for fastest delivery.


💼 Lease-to-Own Orders

If using Progressive, Acima, Payvantage, or Genie Leasing:

• Orders ship after lease approval & verification
• ID verification may be required
• 📅 Shipping time does not affect your lease payment schedule — once approved, your lease begins

📦 Split Shipments

Some items may arrive in multiple packages.
Each will include a separate tracking number


⚠️ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
• Weather events
• Industry-wide supply chain disruptions
• APO/FPO delivery

We will assist with tracking but cannot refund delays outside our control.


📮 No P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Use a valid U.S. street address
• Orders to P.O. Boxes will be canceled and refunded for tracking/security reasons


🧾 Taxes & Special Handling

• Sales tax is applied at checkout based on your shipping address
• 📦 APO/FPO, military bases, and rural areas may face longer delivery times
